Queen Orchard Craft Cider

Inspired from the Old World styles of cider making, Queen Orchard’s Craft Ciders contain a variety of cider styles including American Heritage Ciders (Royal Dryness and the Wildly Sweet), Modern (made from table and culinary apples like McIntosh and Granny Smith), Fruit and Spiced Ciders.

Queen Orchard primary cider:

Royal Dryness   ABV 7.5%  SPV 20
Our primary cider. Utilizes a blend of apples found in the Columbia River Gorge, located in the Pacific Northwest. Apple varieties include: Gala, Fuji, Granny Smith, Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, and others to create a delicate, opulent blend.

Mad Mango: ABV 6.3%  SPV 40
This hard cider is made with local honey-crisp apples, and a small blend of other varieties. Once the apples are fresh pressed we put the sweet juice into fermentation tanks where they will react with the lease to become hard cider.  Once the fermentation is done we add tons of fresh mango puree leaving the huge mouthfeel that you get in every piece of mango fruit.

Sugar Plum Fairy: ABV 6.9%  SPV 40
Harvested Sugar Plums from the open fields of Oregon found their way into the great vats of our cidery. An off dry flavor that almost numbs the tongue.

Strawberry Blueberry: ABV 6.3%  SPV 40
A simple blended cider including 100% fresh pressed apples fermented to zero sugars, with a heavy dose of unfiltered strawberries and blueberries. No added sugar. It's the perfect feel-good drink to brighten up your days. Elevate your get-togethers with family or friends by pouring some delicious hard cider

Spicy Pineapple: ABV 6.3%  SPV 45
Dessert apples gathered from local farms, fresh pressed and fermented into crystal clear hard cider. Once the fermentation is complete we add fresh pineapple and a unique spice that will give the hard cider a little heat on the back end of the pallet.

Passionfruit Guava  ABV 7.5%  SPV 50
A royal blend of Passionfruit and Guava. A pleasing vacation from ruling your kingdom as you relax on a sunny beach.

Grapefruit​  ABV 6.3%  SPV 30
This drier, balanced cider has a pleasantly bitter finish that makes it the perfect addition to a cocktail. We also like that it's not super sweet.

Dry Cherry  ABV: 6.3%  SPV: 25
All the benefits of tart cherries made with 100% fresh pressed apples, providing an amazing, balanced taste. Queen Orchard Dry Cherry is known for its high antioxidant strength.

Cranberry Pomegranate  ABV: 6.7%  SPV: 60
The sweet taste of cranberry and pomegranate pair perfectly in this fresh pressed hard cider . The aroma is very fruity and light.

Boo Berry: ABV 7.5%  SPV 60
A blend of Blackberries and Guava fruit. One of our halloween seasonals that comes once a year, this one will scare your tastebuds. 
Recipe: 16 oz Royal Dryness + 2 oz Blackberry Puree + 2 oz Guava Puree
Berry Sangria: ABV 7.3% SPV 60
A blend of fruits and berries with an added spice at the back of the palate. Made during the Christmas season that will have you laughing and enjoying this cider with family and friends.
Recipe: 16 oz Royal Dryness + 1 oz peach concentrate + 1 oz pomegranate concentrate + 1 oz blackberry puree + 1 oz pineapple puree + 1 gram cinnamon
Peach: ABV 7.0%  SPV 40
Made with a white wine yeast that accentuates the aromas and taste of the apples. This cider is off dry with a slight hint of peach. 
Recipe: 16 oz Royal Dryness + 2 oz Peach concentrate
Passionfruit Guava: ABV 7.0% SPV 40
This cider will transport you to some beach on the side of your favorite island. Fresh Passionfruit and Guava Fruit Recipe: ​
16 oz Royal Dryness + 2 oz passionfruit puree + 2 oz Guava Puree
Watermelon:  ABV 6.8% SPV 60
Fresh pressed watermelon blended with Hard cider made from fresh pressed apples sourced locally. ​
​​Recipe: 16 oz Royal Dryness + 2 oz watermelon puree
Tangerine Dreamsicle: ABV: 6.6%     SPV: 50
Fresh tangerine juice and fresh Madagascar vanilla beans are blended together to create a cider that tastes like an Orangesicle ice cream bar. Mid sweetness level with powerful flavors of tangerine and vanilla.  
Recipe: 16 oz QO Royal Dryness + 2 oz tangerine puree + ¼ oz vanilla extract
Sugar Plum Fairy: ABV: 6.2%     SPV: 40
Fruity berry aroma, semi-dry with a clean finish. Crafted from local plums that give a savory flavor to the mid palette. Goes great with light meats and pastas.
Recipe: 16 oz QO Royal Dryness + 2 oz plum puree
Tropical Rose: ABV 6.3%  SPV 40
Tropical fruits dominate the nose as a blend of berries hit the front of the palette ending with a slightly tangy finish. Made with fresh pressed apples from local farms.Recipe: ​

Strawberry Blueberry: ABV 6.3%  SPV 45
The Strawberry Blueberry Blend is exciting and bold in color and taste with rich reds and blues coming together to give you the sweetest tasting snack! The perfect mix for delicious and nutritious smoothies, making it great for any gathering!

Sangria Blanca ( Queen Orchard cider blended with white wine) ABV 17.5%

​Ripe fruit flavors, with a smooth, lengthy finish make this a tasty and refreshing wine. Made with the finest apples from the cool appellations of the Pacific Northwest. This 2018 wine has extreme value.
