Queen Orchard is a cider & wine development, manufacturing, and marketing operation of 7Bev Corporation launched in December 2016 with a mission to produce Cider and Fruit Wine. Presently, Queen Orchard offers Royal Dryness, 100% real apple juice-based Sparkling Brut Cider, and Fruity Cider that is 100% real fruit blended cider with Royal Dryness. Presently these products are sold through Ale & Cider House and our participating partners.
Our primary products are based on a succulent blend of low tannic apples. Our fruit is sourced and pressed in the Willamette Valley region. In 2019, we acquired a 65 acre farm in West Linn, Oregon to be developed into one of the largest apple orchards in Oregon. We have planted several thousand, multi variety apple trees to be used to produce Queen Orchard ciders and other local cider makers.
Most of our cider is fermented down to 1.000 specific gravity to make use of every last gram of sugar present inside of the fresh apples. This gives the Queen Orchard Apple Cider Wine its succulent taste which pairs perfectly with any meal. To begin with, we believe that in using fresh quality ingredients you will end up with a product that is unmatched by any that stand in comparison. There are no artificial flavors that can beat the flavor of a quality apple grown in the Pacific Northwest. With most of our cider and wines, we do not use artificial products in order to maintain the quality base ingredient of our apples.
