How much is it to join the Cider Club and what does it include?
We have Three-Tier Membership Programs as follows:
Apple Members ($45 per Quarter) • 3 x 32 oz Queen Orchard Club Reserve pack • 10 % off on Queen Orchard cider, merchandising materials, and bottle shop ciders and wines • One free Queen Orchard flight per quarter when visiting at Ale & Cider House • One 16 oz Cider Club Reserve glassware when it is available • Invitation to members only events and Queen Orchard Farm privileges when available
Orchard Membership ($65 per Quarter) • All of Apple Membership plus one 6-packfruity cider cocktails per quarter
Farm Membership ($100 per Quarter) • All of Orchard Membership plus 3 x 750 ml bottles of fruity cider per quarter
* Not including taxes, fees, or shipping, and shipments go out in June, September, December, and March.
Do I need to sign up for the Cider Club for an entire year or can I purchase a shipment 1 time?
By joining the Cider Club, you are agreeing to an automated reoccurring quarterly payment. Members will receive an email 1 week prior to billing for each quarter. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Will there be tracking for each shipment?
Yes! We will send tracking for each shipment among other notifications.
Where does the Queen Orchard Cider Club ship to?
The Cider Club currently ships to (via Vinoshipper): AK, AZ, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY. Note: All orders and shipments are handled through vinoshipper except California shipments are handled through 7Bev Corporation.
What if my shipment is damaged or lost?
Members must contact VinoShipper customer service, except California, via email [email protected] and will need to provide:
Their order number so Vinoshipper can set up a replacement order
Add any images/pictures of the damaged item(s)
List the exact items which were damaged
What if I do not like the ciders that are sent to me?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any Cider Club shipments. The Ciders in each box will differ and there is always a range of different cider styles. We make Hard Ciders for everyone so hopefully it is something you can enjoy!
How do you confirm someone is 21+?
During the sign-up process, VinoShipper will confirm legal age and delivery person may require photo ID upon signature. If age verification cannot be processed, the guest will be contacted by VinoShipper for different verification options.
