How much is it to join the Cider Club and what does it include?

Your subscription will include (4) quarterly shipments of 3 different ciders exclusive at the Ale and Cider House. Each shipment will also include a letter from our very own Head Cider Maker, Toney Chay, tasting notes that describe the story and background of each cider and even recipes that you can pair or cook with the ciders! Shipments go out in February, May, August, and November.
Each quarterly shipment is roughly priced at $75.00 and does not include taxes or shipping. All packages will be sent through UPS and who we work with to negotiate the best possible shipping rate for each member.

​Do I need to sign up for the Cider Club for an entire year or can I purchase a shipment 1 time?

By joining the Cider Club, you are agreeing to an automated reoccurring quarterly payment. Members will receive an email 1 week prior to billing for each quarter. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Will there be tracking for each shipment?

Yes! We will send tracking for each shipment among other notifications.

Where does the Queen Orchard Cider Club ship to?

The Cider Club currently ships to:
AK, AZ, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.

​What if my shipment is damaged or lost?

Members must contact VinoShipper customer service via email - CustomerService@VinoShipper.com and will need to provide:
  • Their order number so Vinoshipper can set up a replacement order
  • Add any images/pictures of the damaged item(s)
  • List the exact items which were damaged

What if I do not like the ciders that are sent to me?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any Cider Club shipments. The Ciders in each box will differ and there is always a range of different cider styles. We make Hard Ciders for everyone so hopefully it is something you can enjoy!

How do you confirm someone is 21+?

During the sign-up process, VinoShipper will confirm legal age and delivery person may require photo ID upon signature. If age verification cannot be processed, the guest will be contacted by VinoShipper for different verification options.
